Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

 

3. Product Information & Descriptions
Our items are produced through a combination of selective sourcing, partial hand-finishing, and in the future may include exclusive original designs. Therefore, slight variations in texture, tone, or appearance may occur. These are natural results of the production process and do not constitute defects.

Products may contain minor processing marks, texture differences, or small imperfections due to handwork. We strive for consistency, but each item is inherently unique.

Materials used (such as alloy, stainless steel, copper, resin, etc.) are listed on each product page. Some variations in colour or finish may exist between units. Please ensure you are not allergic to any listed materials.

 

4. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or change product availability at any time.

 

5. Orders & Account Information
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our sole discretion. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete purchase and account information.

 

6. Shipping
We aim to dispatch all items on the next working day. Orders placed after 10:30 AM (GMT) may be dispatched the following working day.

Shipping methods:

  • UK Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.80 (Free on orders over £48)

  • UK Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.20 (1 working day if ordered before 10:30 AM)

  • International Standard: £10.00 (3–5 working days EU; 5–7 elsewhere)

  • International Tracked + Signed: £15.00 (Free on orders over £150)

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For international orders, we are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays.

 

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and special handling considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. To request a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, and submit a complete unboxing video as proof. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and shipped securely.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

We do not accept returns due to customer misuse (e.g., improper storage, allergic reactions, or wearing in unsuitable conditions). We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items appear worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

 

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (including images, text, design, and logos) is owned or licensed by MODUNE and is protected by copyright and other laws. Use of content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

 

9. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In such cases, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt, provided that you submit a valid unboxing video and the item is returned in unused, original condition.
