To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

• The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your decision.

2. Required Proof for Returns

To help us process your return request smoothly and ensure fair evaluation, please provide:

• A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.

• Detailed photos or videos of the item’s condition.

Without this documentation, we may not be able to accept your return request, particularly in cases involving claims of defects or incorrect items.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Items returned without their original packaging, or with visible signs of wear, may be rejected.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery are non-refundable, unless faulty.

• Customised or made-to-order items are also non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong item.

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
