1. Right to Cancel and Return

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your decision.

2. Required Proof for Returns

To help us process your return request smoothly and ensure fair evaluation, please provide:

• A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.
• Detailed photos or videos of the item’s condition.

Without this documentation, we may not be able to accept your return request, particularly in cases involving claims of defects or incorrect items.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Items returned without their original packaging, or with visible signs of wear, may be rejected.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery are non-refundable, unless faulty.
• Customised or made-to-order items are also non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong item.

5. Return Shipping

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.

UK Shipping

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.80 (Free on orders over £48)
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.20 (Orders placed before 10:30 AM, Mon–Fri; 1 working day delivery)

All UK orders are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 10:30 AM will be shipped on the following working day. Orders placed after 10:30 AM on Friday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit. All shipments are sent with tracking information.

International Shipping

• Royal Mail International Standard: £10.00
  Estimated delivery time:
  • Europe: 3–5 working days
  • Rest of the world: 5–7 working days
• Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed: £15.00 (Free on orders over £150)
  Estimated delivery time:
  • Europe: 3–5 working days

International orders may be subject to local customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. MODUNE is not liable for any additional charges or customs delays. Ensure your delivery address is accurate and current.

We are not responsible for any goods lost in transit; we offer international tracked and signed delivery, which requires a signature upon delivery and gives a tracking number.  Please ensure the address given is up to date.
